i have come to realise that the man depends a lot on me. it’s not about big things, but daily necessities that one tends to overlook, but realises its/their importance and significance upon reflection.
he seems extremely casual about the fact that his mom is in hospital, and i found that rather disturbing. cos when my mum was admitted the other time, i felt my life turn slightly upside...

the man’s mom was admitted to SGHÂ yesterday morning. supposedly for kidney stones. supposedly cos we don’t know yet, cos we didn’t manage to speak to the doctor, and it’s based on what his parents say.
and well, we can’t really trust what they say, cos they know nuts.
one thing that urks me is that the mom does not take her high blood pressure meds. how can you be...

this weekend was very busy and very hectic.

i mean, why don’t you just enjoy the simple pleasures of life?
like be grateful that you are now still alive and kicking.
and that you have all your loved ones with you.
i don’t get why some require extravagant gifts or displays of affection to garner such a mere response of joy.
