this weekend was very busy and very hectic.

friday night was sleep date night.

hahha.

so much for wanting to go to pay the mak andam.

cos we had dinner at home, and then, sleepy time. i fell asleep on the couch, and he went in to sleep on my bed sometime in between. hahah. then i joined him on the carpet in my room. sometime between our slumber, we swirched places - he on the carpet and i on the bed. hahahhahahaahhaha.

that was our friday night date. isn’t that interesting?

saturday was busy with mak wa’s doa selamat kenduri.

i and the man were tasked to run errands, and to get the par-tay started. haha.

so, drinks were made, dishes were heated up, etc etc etc.

i was pooped by the end of the whole thing ok.

balek pukul 1/2 pagi.

ngantuk ok. especially after you did the washing up, packing of food, and mopping hokay.

sheesh.

sunday morning was spent at yan’s for his parents’ kenduri.

more like early afternoon, cos i came about 1pm or so.

was nice to meet up with them, after having met them for so long. sheesh.

the man picked me up, and we headed home, with me sneezing my head off. he chipped off my drawer (yay!) and now we are set to paint our the room. yayness.

time to choose colour! :)

headed off to bugis to go arab street, but we caught a quick bite at McD’s so we decided to head to parco.

walked around and surveyed wedding rings. i am now in love with Soo Kee Jewellery. they have such gorgeous diamonds at such affordable prices.

i we fell for a ring which cost $7,000! can you believe it? but it’s affordable within his budget, so that’s good. :)

headed off to nenek’s after that to see the kiddos, and we ended the day grocery-shopping.

that was how INTERESTING my weekend was. heh.

this wednesday, i shall head off to Citibella for my first facial with them. let’s see how good that is.

it was nice chatting with all of you.

in spite of the ‘distance’, we’re still ok, i guess.

but no matter what, i can always count on that same familiar bond with the best friend, as if time never passed, events never transpired, and we’re back to where we first started off as pals.

gek poh time was short, but inevitably awesome. cos we know each other well, and we never fail to amuse and entertain each other with our random conversations.
